In an announcement that will undoubtedly please the old-skewing series’ fans, NBC confirmed Monday it will move “Harry’s Law” to Sundays at midseason, strongly implying it plans to issue a back nine order to the dramedy.<\/p>\n
Never a demographic standout in its Monday timeslot last year, “Harry’s Law” has been getting swallowed against “Criminal Minds,” “Modern Family” and “The X Factor” in its current Wednesday at 9PM timeslot. Beginning this January, it will get a chance to perform at 8PM on Sundays as part of NBC’s January-March midseason schedule.<\/p>\n
It will lead into two-hour editions of “The Celebrity Apprentice.”<\/p>\n
The network also confirmed a number of other scheduling shakeups–“Community,” for instance, will sit on the bench in favor of a returning “30 Rock,” which relocates to 8PM on Thursdays. Wednesday freshman “Up All Night” will move to the post-“Office” slot on Thursdays, sending “Whitney” to its current 8PM slot, where it will be paired with similar-skewing “Are You There, Chelsea?”<\/p>\n
The two Wednesday comedies will lead into a relocated “Rock Center with Brian Williams.”<\/p>\n
“The Firm,” meanwhile, will step into the Thursday at 10PM slot, sending “Prime Suspect” to the bench.<\/p>\n
Following the culmination of “Chuck,” “Who Do You Think You Are?” will assume the Friday at 8PM slot, leading into “Grimm.” Mondays will be as originally reported–“The Voice” from 8-10PM and “Smash” closing out the night.<\/p>\n
