According to Hits Daily Double, “III” sold about 81K pure US copies during the September 13-19 tracking period. The figure easily ranks as the week’s best.<\/p>\n
With units from track sales and streams included, the new album generated about 95K in total first-week consumption. That yields a #2 debut on the overall Hits Top 50 album chart.<\/p>\n
Post Malone’s “Hollywood’s Bleeding” remains #1 for consumption with over 195K second-week units (albeit only 28K of which came from pure sales).<\/p>\n
Due Sunday, Billboard’s data may differ slightly from that reported by Hits.
