The song is #9 on the all-genre chart as of press time at 9:55PM ET Wednesday night. It meanwhile ranks as the #2 song on the country-specific chart, trailing only Blanco Brown’s “The Git Up.”<\/p>\n
The emotional song finds Morgan addressing the loss of his son Jerry, who died in a tubing accident three years ago.<\/p>\n
Earlier this week, Shelton Tweeted that he would “gladly give up his spot on country radio to get this song on.” He has since shared numerous updates about the song’s iTunes gains.<\/p>\n
