Makes No Ratings Mark for Premiere"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Brian Williams pulled an anti-Simon Cowell in the media this past week, setting very low ratings expectations for his new newsmagazine &#8220;Rock Center.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>All indications are that NBC shared those low expectations&#8211;and it better have&#8211;because the show got off to a terrible start Monday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Rock Center&#8221; averaged just a 1.0 adults 18-49 rating with 4.1 million viewers, which is below what any airing of the failed &#8220;The Playboy Club&#8221; garnered in the slot.<\/p>\n<p>Granted, from a value standpoint, &#8220;Rock Center&#8221;
