When The CW first announced plans for new reality series “H8R,” observers expressed surprise at the fact that the network might have actually stumbled upon a valuable reality prospect–one that could perform decently alongside “America’s Next Top Model.”<\/p>\n
For whatever reason, The CW did not put its best marketing foot forward for the show, and expectations soon evaporated.<\/p>\n
Sure enough, Wednesday’s premiere looks to have disappointed. The show delivered a mere 0.6 adults 18-49 rating, which situates in that same territory as The CW’s past reality failures.<\/p>\n
Over on NBC, new comedies “Up All Night” and “Free Agents” premiered to mixed results. “Up All Night” posted a 7.5 overnight number out of a 9.3 for the finale of “America’s Got Talent” (and a 10.6 in the final segment), which looks to have translated into an impressive 3.7 adults 18-49 number.<\/p>\n
“Free Agents,” however, dropped significantly, mustering only a 4.5 metered market number in the 10:30PM slot. Its demo figure was just a 2.1.<\/p>\n
