Halsey, who takes #10 on the overall Artist 100, ranks as the #2 female.<\/p>\n
Cardi B takes #13 among all artists and #3 among women, while Billie Eilish earns #14 on the overall chart and #4 for female acts.<\/p>\n
Mariah Carey, the #16 overall act, is the #5 female on this week’s chart.<\/p>\n
