Drake’s “Scorpion” spends a third week as America’s #1 album.<\/p>\n

According to Hits Daily Double, “Scorpion” sold another 24.6K pure US copies during the July 13-19 tracking period. The inclusion of SEA (track sales\/10) and TEA (track streams\/1250 for paid services, track streams\/3750 for free services) yields an opening-week consumption tally of about 266.5K.<\/p>\n

While Billboard’s more authoritative data may differ slightly, the end result should be the same. The pure sales total will earn “Scorpion” #1 on Top Album Sales, while the consumption tally will be enough for another dominant week atop the Billboard 200.<\/p>\n

The closest competitor on the sales front will either be the soundtrack to “The Greatest Showman” (~16.6K) or “Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again” (~15.2K).
