Maddie & Tae just released “Friends Don’t,” their first single since signing with Mercury Nashville.<\/p>\n
The song will soon go for country radio adds.<\/p>\n
According to Mercury, “Friends Don’t” will impact in conjunction with the May 14 add board.<\/p>\n
Maddie Marlow and Taylor “Tae” Dye first rose to fame with “Girl In A Country Song.” The biting track reached #1 at country radio and earned a platinum certification in the United States.<\/p>\n
Follow-up “Fly” did not reach the pinnacle of the country chart, but it did amass a gold certification.<\/p>\n
Part of the duo’s debut album, those songs were released on Dot Records. The duo moves to Mercury for its sophomore album cycle.<\/p>\n
