On the surface, those may seem like underwhelming debut marks for new Nicki Minaj songs. It is important, however, to consider context.<\/p>\n
The songs did not launch until the final eleven hours of the streaming and sales tracking week (and latter half of the radio tracking week). Given that reality, it is impressive that they debuted at all.<\/p>\n
This week’s chart accounts for the songs’ first full weeks in the market. Unsurprisingly, both songs move much higher.<\/p>\n
“Chun-Li” rockets to #10 on this week’s chart, while “Barbie Tingz” climbs to #25.<\/p>\n
