It quickly – and predictably – shot to #1 on the all-genre sales chart. It remains in that pinnacle position as of press time at 1:45AM ET.<\/p>\n
Given Grande’s popularity and the excitement surrounding the release, it is hard to imagine the song would have had any trouble hitting #1 at full price. It is worth noting, however, that “No Tears Left To Cry” is available at a discounted $0.69 price point.<\/p>\n
That price point should increase first week sales — and help the song secure a strong position on next week’s Billboard Hot 100.<\/p>\n
