Late last week, singer-songwriter Shawn Mendes commenced a new music era by releasing two new songs: “In My Blood” and “Lost In Japan.”<\/p>\n
The singles, unsurprisingly, generated considerable attention. “In My Blood” still maintains a Top 2 position on US iTunes — and is flying at pop and hot adult contemporary radio.<\/p>\n
That does not, however, mean he is uninterested in creating more excitement for the music.<\/p>\n
As part of that promotional effort, Mendes appears on Wednesday’s “Late Late Show With James Corden.”<\/p>\n
Mendes plays a game of “Flinch” with fellow guests Hilary Swank and Zach Woods. He also takes the stage for a performance.<\/p>\n
In conjunction with Wednesday’s episode, CBS also revealed that Shawn Mendes will be returning for a week-long residency starting June 4.<\/p>\n
Taped earlier in the day, Wednesday’s “Late Late Show” begin airing at 12:35AM on the east coast — and will air at that time on the west coast.<\/p>\n
