According to Billboard, “This House Is Not For Sale” sold 120K pure US copies during the February 23-March 1 tracking week. The album received a negligible boost from TEA (track sales\/10) and SEA (track streams\/1500), so the consumption tally also clocks in at 120K.<\/p>\n
While the numbers are smaller than those reported by Hits (130K pure sales, 131K units), they are enough to position “This House Is Not For Sale” at #1 on both charts.<\/p>\n
The album first debuted at #1 on the listings in the fall of 2016. It returns to #1 thanks to a concert ticket-album bundle promotion (redeemed albums count as sales).<\/p>\n
“Black Panther: The Album,” which spent the past two weeks at #1, drops to #2 with 99K units. Migos’ “Culture II” slides one place to #3 with 59K.<\/p>\n
6ix9ine’s “DAY69” debuts at #4 with 55K units (20K from pure sales). Credited with 53K units, “The Greatest Showman” drops two spots to #5.

The pure sales figure resoundingly ranks as the week’s best. The consumption tally gives “This House” a comfortable victory over “Black Panther: The Album.”<\/p>\n
Due Sunday, Billboard’s more authoritative data will differ slightly from that reported by Hits. It is hard, however, to imagine the discrepancy affecting the overall outcome. The pure sales figure should earn “This House” #1 on Top Album Sales, while the consumption figure should facilitate a return to #1 on the Billboard 200.<\/p>\n
This week’s “This House Is Not For Sale” numbers are boosted by a concert ticket-album bundle. Ticket buyers had the opportunity to redeem for a free album; those redemptions count as sales.<\/p>\n
