This week’s episode actually drew a smaller audience than the February 1 episode (1.4 rating, 5.62 million viewers).<\/p>\n
The numbers ultimately reflect a slight uptick from the show’s season average.<\/p>\n
The “How To Get Away With Murder” hour drew a 1.1 rating and 4.20 million viewers. Up from the 0.8 rating and 3.26 million viewer mark drawn by the February 8 broadcast, the numbers represent season highs.<\/p>\n
The takeaway is simple: the idea of the crossover did not spur much interest beyond either show’s core audience. It did, however, give “Scandal” viewers more reason to stick around for “How To Get Away With Murder.”<\/p>\n
