According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Monday’s “The Good Doctor” drew a 1.3 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 7.78 million overall viewers.<\/p>\n
The series low numbers trail the 1.7 rating and 9.63 million viewer mark garnered by the previous episode.<\/p>\n
In terms of adults 18-49, “The Good Doctor” actually settled for second-place<\/i> in the 10PM timeslot. NBC’s “Good Girls” premiere won the hour with a 1.5.<\/p>\n
From a ratings standpoint, “The Good Doctor” has been one of the standout performers of the 2017-18 television season. This week’s drop does not erase that assessment (especially since the numbers are still good for the 10PM hour).<\/p>\n
The steep episode-to-episode drop is nonetheless noteworthy. The lead-in support (1.8, 6.49 million viewers) was typical.
