He might technically be “fired” from his starring role on the show, but a new report unsurprisingly indicates it might be premature to assume Charlie Sheen will never again appear on CBS’ “Two and a Half Men.”<\/p>\n
According to a report on RadarOnline, which has emerged as a major news-breaker in the various Charlie Sheen stories over the past year, CBS head honcho Les Moonves is interested in bringing Sheen back into the fold.<\/p>\n
\u201cMoonves wants to get the show back on the air. He\u2019s all for it,\u201d says Radar’s insider. \u201cHe says certain people need to forget anything and everything Charlie\u2019s done recently and just move on with the business at hand.”<\/p>\n
The indication is that it would come down to getting showrunner Chuck Lorre, who has been personally attacked in Sheen’s various verbal tirades, to cool off on the situation. At the end of the day, a manageable Sheen on “Men” is clearly the best outcome for CBS and Warner Bros. TV, so it should not shock anyone that the “suits” are interested in making that happen.<\/p>\n
Whether Sheen would accept a return offer remains to be seen.
