FOX’s “LA To Vegas” did not buck that trend.<\/p>\n
The FOX comedy suffered substantial week-to-week hits in adults 18-49 and overall viewership.<\/p>\n
According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, Tuesday’s episode drew a 0.8 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 2.65 million overall viewers. The numbers trail the 1.1 rating and 3.76 million viewership mark drawn by last week’s premiere.<\/p>\n
The week-over-week drop is significant (and concerning), but it is worth noting that this week’s adults 18-49 is on par with what “The Mick” typically drew in the timeslot this fall. The viewership figure actually represents an improvement over that show’s fall 2017 timeslot average.<\/p>\n
It will be interesting to see how “LA To Vegas” fares in the weeks ahead. FOX ordered three extra episodes on the heels of last week’s premiere (bringing the first season total to 15), so it will have a great sample size for evaluating the show’s performance — and future prospects.<\/p>\n
