While not a live+same-day ratings force, season one of FOX’s “Scream Queens” did receive a solid boost from DVR viewership.

It, more notably, generated ample buzz on social networks.

FOX is hoping season two will also prove resonant. It will find out whether that hope becomes reality on September 20, when the second season of “Scream Queens” premieres.

Entitled “Scream Again,” the premiere finds the series — and many of its key first season cast members — shifting to a mysterious hospital.

In advance of the September 20 premiere, FOX shared a synopsis, cast list and production photos for the episode. All follow (note: if you’re viewing the AMP version of this page, you may have trouble viewing the photos. Click here to view the gallery).
