For the first time in nearly fifty years, The Who will perform on a late-night US talk show.

The legendary band is the musical guest on Friday night’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

The gig, which comes in conjunction with the band’s ongoing tour, represents The Who’s first US late-night performance since a 1967 episode of “The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour.”

Friday’s “Fallon” also features interviews with Gwyneth Paltrow and Tyler Oakley.
