In addition to the new platinum certifications, ARIA handed out several multi-platinum awards this week.

Three were of the double-platinum variety.

Zedd, Maren Morris & Grey’s “The Middle,” Justin Timberlake’s “Say Something (featuring Chris Stapleton),” and Post Malone’s “Candy Paint” all crossed the 2x platinum threshold this week.

ARIA confirmed the award for “The Middle” in this week’s Australian Top 50 Singles Chart; the song appears at #23 on the listing. Auspop reported the new Timberlake and Post awards.

A double-platinum certification signifies at least 140,000 in Australian units.
