Pittsburgh native Gabby Barrett will be competing in the “American Idol” season finale this Monday.

Ahead of the episode, one of her hometown country stations has been providing airplay.

According to Mediabase, Pittsburgh’s Y108 played Barrett’s “Somethin Good” eight times during the seven days ending May 17.

Barrett released “Somethin Good,” an original song, in the summer of 2017. The YouTube video boasts nearly 150,000 views.

Moving forward, Barrett will obviously seek airplay for her newly recorded “Rivers Deep.” Barrett released the original single as part of the “American Idol” finale process; it will be the official “coronation single” if she wins the competition.
