STAR Will Be Back For Season Three, Confirms FOX

STAR unsurprisingly earns a spot on the 2018-19 schedule.

FOX has officially renewed “STAR” for the 2018-19 television season.

The only surprising aspect of the news is that it took this long to arrive. “STAR” has not been a blockbuster hit, but it has posted solid (and rather consistent) ratings all season.

It also pairs well with “Empire,” helping to establish FOX as a top destination for young adults on Wednesday nights.

The renewal secures a third season of “STAR.” “Empire,” for the record, has already been renewed for a fifth season.
