“Beerbongs & Bentleys” had a predictably massive opening day on Spotify.

While Spotify has not yet published charts for April 27, it has confirmed mammoth opening-day numbers for Post Malone’s “beerbongs & bentleys.”

According to Spotify, Post Malone’s sophomore album generated 47,930,039 opening day track streams on the US service. It meanwhile did 78,744,748 track streams on a global basis.

Both represent new records for an opening day.

The monstrous Spotify numbers signpost a mammoth opening week consumption total for Post Malone’s album, which is also selling well on iTunes and surely posting big numbers on Apple Music.

More details — including opening week projections — should be available soon.
