As his new “Nice For What” flies up the urban and rhythmic radio charts, Drake’s “God’s Plan” continues its climb at pop radio.

The song officially enters the Top 5 this week.

Up one place, “God’s Plan” earns #5 on the Mediabase pop radio chart. It received ~12,817 spins during the April 15-21 tracking period, besting last week’s mark by 1,103 spins.

Only Ariana Grande’s “No Tears Left To Cry” (+2,005) and Camila Cabello’s “Never Be The Same” (+1,120) enjoyed greater gains.

— As “God’s Plan” enters the Top 5, Imagine Dragons’ “Whatever It Takes” and Maroon 5’s “Wait” crack the Top 10.

“Whatever It Takes,” which received ~9,604 spins (+378), rises three places to #8.
