ARIA just confirmed news of several platinum song certifications in Australia.

Zedd, Maren Morris & Grey’s “The Middle,” Liam Payne & Rita Ora’s “For You,” and Imagine Dragons’ “Whatever It Takes” all crossed the platinum threshold this week.

The awards confirm 70,000 in Australian units.

ARIA announced the new certifications for “The Middle” and “For You” on its Australian Top 50 Singles Chart, while Auspop first reported the “Whatever It Takes” honor.

“The Middle” drops two places to #9 on this week’s ARIA chart, while “For You” falls eight places to #30. “Whatever It Takes,” which peaked at #34 earlier in its run, is not currently charting.
