This week’s ARIA chart confirms that “Shape Of You” is 11x platinum in the Land Down Under. The award confirms 770,000 in Australian units.
“Shape Of You” spent fifteen weeks at #1 on the ARIA Australian Top 50 Singles Chart. Now in its 62nd week on the chart, the song is still prominently positioned at #20.
— “Shape Of You” was not the only former Ed Sheeran #1 to cross the 11x platinum threshold this week. Sheeran also received that honor for his ballad “Thinking Out Loud.” Auspop confirmed news of the “Thinking Out Loud” honor.
