Maroon 5’s two most recent singles just attained new digital certifications in the United States.

According to the RIAA, the band’s “What Lovers Do (featuring SZA)” earned a 2x platinum award on March 14, 2018. The honor confirms 2 million in US units; each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

Current single “Wait” attained gold status on the same day. The award signifies 500,000 in US units.

“What Lovers Do” peaked at #9 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

“Wait” has thus far gone as high as #39 on the listing.
