Ariana Grande’s “Side To Side” Certified 4x Platinum; “Baby I” Goes Platinum

Ariana Grande just picked up new digital single certifications in the United States.

Ariana Grande’s “Side To Side (featuring Nicki Minaj)” enjoyed a multi-week reign atop the pop radio airplay chart. It peaked at #4 on the overall Billboard HOt 100.

As of March 9, 2018, it is a quadruple-platinum single in the United States.

The RIAA just shared news of the certification, which signifies at least 4 million in US units. Each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.

“Side To Side” was not the only Grande song to earn a new certification last Friday.

Grande’s 2013 track “Baby I” officially attained platinum status on March 9, confirming at least 1 million in US units.
