Update: Following a brief hiatus, “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” returned with an original Tuesday night.

Grammy-winning band Portugal. The Man took the stage in the episode’s concluding segment.

The band performed current radio single “Live In The Moment” on the broadcast. Said song is now in the Top 5 at alternative radio.

CBS aired re-runs of its late-night talk shows against last week’s portion of the Winter Olympics.

It will not be sitting out the next few nights.

“The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” and “The Late Late Show With James Corden” return with originals Tuesday.

The “Colbert” episode features a performance by Portugal. The Man.

The band, which is making its “Colbert” debut, recently won a Grammy for its smash “Feel It Still.” Its follow-up single “Live In The Moment” is currently in the Top 5 at alternative radio.

Taped earlier in the day, Tuesday’s “Colbert” also features appearances by Kirsten Gillibrand and Chris Gethard.
