Grammys: Chris Stapleton, Little Big Town Win Country Song/Performance Awards

Chris Stapleton and Little Big Town were the country winners at the pre-show ceremony.

The Recording Academy delivered three country awards during the official Grammy premiere ceremony.

Chris Stapleton earned two of them, while Little Big Town took home the other.

Stapleton won the Best Country Solo Performance award for “Either Way.” He also won the Best Country Song (along with co-writer Mike Henderson) for “Broken Halos.”

Little Big Town grabbed the Best Country Duo/Group Performance statue for “Better Man.”

Other country solo performance nominees included Sam Hunt’s “Body Like A Back Road,” Alison Krauss’ “Losing You,” Miranda Lambert’s “Tin Man” and Maren Morris’ “I Could Use A Love Song.”

Other tracks up for the country song trophy included “Better Man,” “Body Like A Back Road,” “Drinkin’ Problem,” and “Tin Man.”

The balance of duo/group nominees included Brothers Osborne’s “It Ain’t My Fault,” Zac Brown Band’s “My Old Man,” Lady Antebellum’s “You Look Good,” and Midland’s “Drinkin’ Problem.”
