Songs By Kodak Black, Sam Smith, 21 Savage/Offset/Metro Boomin Enter Bubbling Under Hot 100

In addition to debuts from Keith Urban and Scotty McCreery, this week’s Billboard Bubbling Under Hot 100 welcomes new arrivals from Kodak Black, Sam Smith and 21 Savage, Offset & Metro Boomin.

Kodak Black’s “Halloween” takes #2 on this week’s chart, which ranks the Top 25 songs that have yet to appear on the actual Hot 100.

Sam Smith joins the chart with “One Last Song” (#8) and “Say It First” (#20).

21 Savage, Offset & Metro Boomin’s “Still Serving” takes #14. The debut comes following the first full week of activity for their album “Without Warning.”
