Competition from game six of the MLB World Series predictably hurt ratings for NBC’s “This Is Us.”

The NBC drama actually drew its smallest live+same-day rating on record.

Citing live+same-day data, NBC says the episode drew a 2.0 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 8.3 million overall viewers.

The series low numbers trail the 2.80 rating and 10.60 million viewer mark drawn by last week’s episode.

Despite the “series low” distinction, “This Is Us” still ranked as Tuesday’s top non-sports performer in adults 18-49.

NBC led into “This Is Us” with a “The Voice” recap special (1.0, 6.19 million). It closed its evening with “Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders” (0.8, 3.60 million this week vs. 1.0, 4.61 million last week).
