Shawn Mendes’ “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” recently spent two weeks as pop radio’s #1 song.

This week, it officially achieves a longer reign at hot adult contemporary.

Played ~6,626 times during the September 3-9 tracking week (+53), “There’s Nothing” enjoys a third week atop the Mediabase Hot AC airplay chart.

Its closest competition again comes from Imagine Dragons’ “Believer,” which holds at #2 on the strength of ~6,232 spins (-143).

Credited with ~5,925 plays (+97), Charlie Puth’s “Attention” spends another week at #3. Niall Horan’s “Slow Hands” rises two spots to #4 with ~5,041 spins (+371), while a spin count of ~4,746 (+598) lifts Portugal. The Man’s “Feel It Still” four places to #5.
