Ratings: USA Network’s “The Sinner” Builds On “Suits” Lead-In

Ratings have emerged for the premiere of USA Network’s “The Sinner.”

While it was not a blockbuster ratings performer, Wednesday’s “The Sinner” premiere did deliver better adults 18-49 and viewer marks than its “Suits” lead-in.

According to live+same-day data posted by Showbuzz, the inaugural “The Sinner” episode drew a 0.42 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 1.63 million overall viewers.

The aforementioned “Suits” delivered a 0.36 rating and averaged 1.41 million viewers in the prior hour.

Both shows were among cable’s Top 10 Wednesday originals in the adults 18-49 demographic. “The Sinner” tied for sixth place, while “Suits” tied for tenth.
