Kendrick Lamar’s “DAMN.” Earns Double Platinum Certification In The United States

The smash hit album earns a multi-platinum certification.

Kendrick Lamar’s “DAMN.” has officially attained double platinum status in the United States.

According to the RIAA, the certification was delivered on July 10, 2017.

It confirms 2 million in US album units. Each unit is equal to 1 album sale, 10 track sales or 1500 track streams.

“DAMN.” debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top Album Sales and Billboard 200 charts with 2017’s best opening week numbers. It has remained near the top of the chart since its release.
