Kesha’s New “Praying” Rockets Into Top 3 On US iTunes Sales Chart

The new Kesha song is faring well on iTunes.

Kesha’s new single “Praying” is receiving strong marks from music critics and commentators.

It is also resonating with music buyers.

The song, which launched early Thursday, had reached the upper reaches of the US iTunes sales chart by night fall.

It was #3 on the listing as of 11:40PM ET Thursday. Only Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito (featuring Justin Bieber)” (#1) and Charlie Puth’s “Attention” (#2) are currently selling at a faster pace.

“Praying” is the lead single from Kesha’s album “Rainbow,” which is due August 11.
