The red carpet, however, is already open.
Names recently spotted on the red carpet include DNCE, Alessia Cara, Shay Mitchell and Jessie Reyez.
DNCE is performing during the main show; member Joe Jonas is also appearing as co-host alongside Cara. Mitchell is a presenter.
Reyez meanwhile delivered a pre-show performance on the red carpet.
