“Wonder Woman” convincingly wins a second straight US weekend box office race.

The film will earn an estimated $57.2 million this weekend. Down by a fairly modest 44.6% from last weekend’s mark (owing to the critical acclaim, word-of-mouth and lack of major competition), the tally brings the film’s cumulative total to $205.0 million.

New release “The Mummy” takes #2 on this weekend’s chart. The film debuted with a disappointing $32.2 million in opening weekend receipts.

“Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie,” last weekend’s runner-up, falls to #3 this weekend. It earned $12.3 million (cume now $44.6 million).

“Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” slips one spot to #4 with $10.7 million (cume now $135.8 million), while “Guardians Of The Galaxy, Vol. 2” drops a place to #5 with $6.2 million (cume now $366.4 million).

— Notable new releases “It Comes At Night” and “Megan Leavey” start below the Top 5. The former debuts at #6 with $6.0 million from 2,533 screens, while the latter takes #8 with $3.8 million from 1,956 theaters.
