“Despacito” Stays #1 In Australia; Niall Horan, Liam Payne Songs Join Top 5

Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee & Justin Bieber’s smash tops a 4th straight ARIA chart. Songs from two 1D members enter the Top 5.

Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito (featuring Justin Bieber)” predictably retains its status as Australia’s #1 song.

The global smash tops a fourth straight edition of the ARIA Australian Top 50 Singles chart.

Its closest competition again comes from DJ Khaled’s “I’m The One (featuring Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance The Rapper & Lil Wayne).”

Up five spots, Niall Horan’s “Slow Hands” reaches a new peak of #3. Even with last week’s position, Shawn Mendes’ “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” holds at #4.

Liam Payne’s debut solo single “Strip That Down (featuring Quavo),” which was #9 last week, takes #5 this week.

Other notables on this week’s chart:
— Charlie Puth’s “Attention” rises three places to #13.
— Jonas Blue’s “Mama (featuring William Singe)” rises six spots to #14.
— Halsey’s “Now Or Never” soars eleven places to #16.

— Peking Duk & AlunaGeorge’s “Fake Magic” debuts at #40.
— Lorde’s “Perfect Places” enters at #46.
