Ratings: ABC’s “Still Star-Crossed” Premieres Quietly

ABC’s “Still Star-Crossed” premiered to predictably weak ratings.

In not only holding the series until the summer but airing its premiere on Memorial Day, ABC clearly did not have colossal expectations for “Still Star-Crossed.”

The show did not offer a pleasant ratings surprise.

According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Monday’s series opener posted a paltry 0.5 adults 18-49 rating. It averaged only 2.43 million overall viewers.

Poor in any context, the figures are particularly weak given the show’s lead-in support. ABC led into “Still Star-Crossed” with “The Bachelorette,” which drew a 1.5 adults 18-49 rating and 5.67 million overall viewers in the 9PM hour.
