Thanks to “on the hour” airplay support across the iHeartMedia Network and the overall enthusiasm one would expect for a new Selena Gomez single, “Bad Liar” had a big first day at pop radio.

By the close of Thursday, “Bad Liar” had attained 1,513 pop radio spins.

The count positions “Bad Liar” at #32 on Mediabase’s building chart, which ranks songs based on the first five days of the May 14-20 tracking week.

While “Bad Liar” will not receive quite as many spins on Friday and Saturday, it will surely remain comfortably inside the Top 40 through the close of tracking. A Top 30 bow is definitely possible.

The song’s debut pop airplay chart position will be revealed by Sunday evening.
