Last week, Khalid’s “Location” narrowly missed the #1 spot on the Mediabase urban airplay chart. It trailed Future’s “Mask Off,” the week’s #1 song, by a mere 12 spins.

This week, it leapfrogs “Mask Off” and officially claims the urban radio throne.

Up one spot from last week, “Location” takes #1 on the strength of the ~4,904 spins it received during the April 30-May 6 tracking week. This week’s count tops last week’s mark by 281 spins.

The aforementioned “Mask Off” falls to #2 with ~4,782 spins (+147).

Played ~4,226 times during the tracking week (+678), Kendrick Lamar’s “HUMBLE.” jumps three spots to #3. Migos’ “T-Shirt” falls one place to #4 with ~4,169 spins (+81), while a spin count of ~3,560 (-261) keeps Gucci Mane’s “Both (featuring Drake)” at #5.
