Update: Celebrating the release of new album “Humanz,” Gorillaz played Thursday’s edition of “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.”
Joined by Pusha T and a holograph/video of Mavis Staples, the group performed “Let Me Out” on the broadcast.
The performance marked Gorillaz’ first appearance on the Stephen Colbert-hosted talk show.

Gorillaz’ new album “Humanz” will arrive on digital platforms late Thursday night and in stores Friday.
To support and celebrate the new release, the group takes the stage on Thursday’s “Late Show With Stephen Colbert.”
The performance closes an episode that also features appearances by LL Cool J and Phillipa Soo.
