Hot 100: DNA., Mask Off Reach Top 5; Stay, Despacito Reach Top 10

Songs by Kendrick Lamar and Future join the Top 5, while the “Stay” and “Despacito” collaborations join the Top 10.

The biggest story on this week’s Hot 100 involves Kendrick Lamar’s “HUMBLE.” replacing Ed Sheeran’s “Shape Of You” at #1.

That is not the only major story near the top of this week’s chart.

Two songs make their first Top 5 appearances, while another two enter the Top 10 for the first time.

Kendrick Lamar’s “DNA.,” which is new to the chart, starts at #4 this week. Future’s “Mask Off” meanwhile rises two spots to #5.

Zedd & Alessia Cara’s “Stay” and Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee’s “Despacito (featuring Justin Bieber)” join the Top 10 this week. The former rises seven places to #7, while the latter climbs thirty-nine spots to #9.
