Paramore’s eagerly anticipated single “Hard Times” premiered on numerous high-profile alternative radio stations Wednesday morning, but it is not being restricted to that format.

The Fueled By Ramen/Atlantic team also made the song available to the pop and hot adult contemporary formats.

The push for airplay will begin imminently, with the first wave of alternative, pop and Hot AC adds to be reported in conjunction with next week’s add boards.

“Hard Times” is the lead single from the band’s forthcoming “After Laughter,” which arrives on May 12.

Paramore was last represented at radio by “Ain’t It Fun,” which peaked at #2 on the pop chart and #1 on the hot adult contemporary listing.
