Fans will soon get to hear one of the original songs from the “Descendants 2” soundtrack.
Disney confirms that “Ways To Be Wicked,” the first song to be released from the upcoming movie, will premiere on Radio Disney at 6PM EDT/3PM PDT on Thursday, April 13.
It will then launch on all major digital providers, including iTunes, Apple Music and Spotify, on Friday, April 14.
A lyric video will also be made available on YouTube/Vevo Friday.
Touted as a “high-energy pop rock anthem,” the song is performed by “Descendants” franchise stars Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Booboo Stewart and Cameron Boyce. Producers Sam Hollander and Josh Edmondson co-wrote the song with Grant Michaels and Charity Daw.
The full “Descendants 2” soundtrack is due this summer. The track list follows:
