Machine Gun Kelly calls Cleveland home, and the city’s 96.5 KISS predictably showered his new single “At My Best (featuring Hailee Steinfeld)” with first-day support.
According to Mediabase, the station had played the song 24 times by the end of March 17.
96.5 KISS was not the song’s only big first day supporter at pop radio. Miami’s Hits 97.3 played the song 11 times, while Orlando’s 101.9 AMP offered 10 spins.
Canton’s Q92 offered 9 spins, and Dallas’ 106.1 KISS played it 6 times.
A handful of other stations played the song at least twice, with stations in markets like San Diego, Boston, Miami and Detroit offering as many as 5 spins.
“At My Best” does not formally impact radio until March 28.
