While it no longer appears on the active pop radio chart, Niall Horan’s “This Town” continues to climb at hot adult contemporary radio.
It is set to earn a Top 5 position on this week’s Mediabase Hot AC listing.
“This Town” received 4,388 spins during the first six days of the March 5-11 tracking week. Up 4.1% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots “This Town” at #5 on Mediabase’s building chart.
Horan’s single faces no imminent threat from below and should thus have no trouble staying in the Top 5 through the close of tracking.
“This Town” is Horan’s debut solo single. He previously reached Hot AC’s Top 5 as part of One Direction’s “Story Of My Life” and “What Makes You Beautiful.”
