Lorde’s “Green Light” is predictably soaring up the US iTunes sales chart.

The song, which premiered at 2PM ET, is #7 as of 6PM ET. It will undoubtedly move higher in the coming hours.

“Green Light,” Lorde’s first solo single since 2014, is the lead release from her forthcoming studio album “Melodrama.” Said album will hit the shelves at a to-be-determined date this summer.

In addition to premiering on iTunes and streaming providers, “Green Light” is receiving immediate radio support at the pop, hot adult contemporary and alternative formats. Its music video is also available on YouTube/Vevo.
