In earning #23 on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart, Maroon 5’s “Cold (featuring Future)” represents the highest-ranking addition to the Top 40.

It is not the only addition. It is not even the only brand new song to join the Top 40.

Despite not launching until the fifth day of the February 12-18 tracking week, Kygo x Selena Gomez’ “It Ain’t Me” earns a Top 40 ranking.

The song debuts at #31 thanks to the 1,775 spins it had amassed by the close of tracking.

Bottlenecked by the late-week arrival, the spin count was aided by “on the hour” first day airplay support across the iHeart network.

Big Sean’s “Bounce Back” also enters the Top 40 this week. Up eight places, it takes #34 courtesy a weekly spin count of 1,485 (+449).
