Big Sean’s “Bounce Back,” “Moves” Make Big Gains On Hot 100

Numerous Big Sean songs debut on this week’s Billboard Hot 100 in conjunction with the release of his “I Decided.”

The two Big Sean songs that were already charting meanwhile make huge gains.

Up nine places, “Bounce Back” rises to #6 on this week’s chart. It concurrently rises to #3 on Streaming Songs and #21 on Radio Songs. It falls to #31 on Digital Song Sales, but this is at least partially due to a chart technicality that does not affect its Hot 100 ranking*.

“Moves” rockets thirty-six places to #38 on the Hot 100. It also debuts at #17 on the Streaming Songs subchart.

*Editor’s Note: If someone who previously bought the “Bounce Back” single opted to “complete my album” and buy the entire “I Decided,” Billboard considers the single to have been “returned” and deducts the sale from the song’s total. This negatively impacts its weekly sales figure — and its position on the Digital Song Sales subchart.

It does not, however, affect the Hot 100. When calculating the Hot 100 position, Billboard only looked at how many new downloads “Bounce Back” sold this week.
